Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you have purchased a course and received access, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of ESG African Institute:

• Technical failure preventing access to the course for more than 7 days
• Duplicate payment (we will refund the duplicate amount)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase to info@esgafricaninstitute.co.za with clear supporting evidence.

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time to complete the course
• Dissatisfaction with course content (all content is clearly described on the sales page)
• Failure to complete the course
